Returns

• Eligibility: You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, un-installed and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Process

2. Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or you can return the item using your preferred shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Inspection: After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds

• Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
