Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days (Domestic).
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
  • We will notify an eta if parts are not in stock.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
  • Delivery times vary based on destination, and customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Tough Terrain Off Road is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
