This Tough Terrain Daily Driver package combines height-adjustable Bilstein 5100 front shocks with matching Bilstein 5100 rear shocks. The system improves suspension control while retaining your factory front and rear springs for a balanced ride that remains comfortable for commuting, highway driving, work sites, and weekend adventures.

The adjustable front shocks allow the front of the truck to be raised without using basic strut spacers. This provides a cleaner leveling solution while adding the performance benefits of Bilstein’s monotube shock technology.

Factory Components Reused

This system does not include replacement coil springs.

Installation requires reusing the truck’s:

• Factory front coil springs

• Factory front upper mounts

• Factory rear coil springs

The front shocks are not delivered as preassembled coilovers. The factory front springs and mounting components must be transferred during installation.

Front Height Adjustment

The front shocks provide multiple spring-seat positions for approximately stock height up to 2.4 inches of front adjustment, depending on drivetrain and vehicle configuration.

Available height settings differ between 2WD and 4WD models. The highest spring-seat position is not approved for every application. The installer must follow Bilstein’s application-specific instructions when selecting the final setting.

Rear Height

The included rear shocks improve ride control but do not raise the rear of the truck.

This Daily Driver system retains the factory rear coil springs and factory rear ride height.
