FOX 2.5 Performance Elite DSC EVO Suspension Kit with Dirt King UCAs - Toyota Tundra 2022-Current
FOX 2.5 Performance Elite DSC EVO Suspension Kit with Dirt King UCAs
This complete suspension package combines FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series DSC EVO front coilovers and rear reservoir shocks with Dirt King 4130 chromoly upper control arms. It is designed for drivers who want substantially greater composure, adjustability, heat capacity, and control on rough trails without giving up the refined road manners expected from a modern Tundra.
Why This Package Works
The front and rear dampers are engineered as a matched high-performance system. Large 2.5-inch aluminum shock bodies carry more oil than conventional shocks to improve heat management during repeated impacts, washboard roads, and long trail days. Remote reservoirs further increase fluid capacity and help maintain consistent damping as conditions become more demanding.
FOX Dual Speed Compression EVO adjusters allow independent fine-tuning of low-speed and high-speed compression behavior. Low-speed adjustment helps control body movement during braking, cornering, and rolling terrain, while high-speed adjustment helps manage sharper impacts and rough trail features. Variable Valve Control technology changes damping leverage rather than simply adding preload, creating a wider and more usable adjustment range.
Included in the Complete Kit
- FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series DSC EVO front remote-reservoir coilover pair
- FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series DSC EVO rear remote-reservoir shock pair
- Dirt King 4130 chromoly upper control arm pair
- Heavy-duty sealed ball joints, maintenance-free bushings, and installation hardware supplied with the control arms
Front Suspension
The adjustable front coilovers deliver application-specific tuning for the Tundra platform and provide increased ride-height capability while maintaining suspension control. Their aluminum bodies resist corrosion and dissipate heat efficiently, while the external reservoirs and DSC EVO adjusters give the driver meaningful control over ride character for pavement, dirt roads, and technical terrain.
Rear Suspension
The rear Performance Elite shocks are tuned for the Tundra’s five-link rear suspension and accommodate approximately 0–1.5 inches of rear lift. They improve control over repeated bumps, reduce harshness associated with nitrogen pressure buildup, and help the truck remain settled through washboard, ruts, and uneven trail surfaces.
Dirt King Upper Control Arms
The included upper control arms are constructed from high-strength 4130 chromoly tubing with reinforced mounts and a durable protective finish. They support improved alignment correction and suspension travel for lifted applications. Maintenance-free SilentSpin bushings and robust sealed ball joints provide quiet operation, durability, and serviceability. The arms arrive preassembled for a cleaner installation.
Best For
- Daily-driven trucks that regularly see demanding trails
- High-speed dirt roads, washboard, ruts, and repeated rough-terrain impacts
- Drivers who want externally adjustable compression control
- Owners seeking a premium, serviceable suspension package with corrected front geometry
Fitment and Installation Notes
- Fits 2022–current Toyota Tundra applications; verify exact trim and equipment before ordering.
- Rear shocks are intended for approximately 0–1.5 inches of rear lift.
- This package does not include rear springs and does not increase the vehicle’s payload or gross vehicle weight rating.
- Do not combine the upper control arms with coil spacers and extended-length aftermarket shocks.
- Professional installation and a complete wheel alignment are strongly recommended.
- Vehicles equipped with advanced driver-assistance systems may require recalibration after suspension installation and alignment.
- Final ride height, alignment, tire clearance, and suspension travel must be checked by the installer.
Important: Suspension upgrades change vehicle handling and geometry. Confirm vehicle configuration, intended ride height, wheel and tire fitment, and all supporting modifications before installation.
