This flagship package is built around FOX's electronically controlled 3.2 Factory Race Series Live Valve suspension and expands it into a comprehensive front-to-rear system using premium components from Camburg and ICON.

Rather than stopping at shocks, springs, and upper control arms, the Ultimate system upgrades the Tacoma's front upper and lower control arms, rear lower links, rear upper links, adjustable track bar, rear springs, and supporting 4WD drivetrain geometry.

The result is a suspension package designed for customers building a serious high-performance Tacoma while retaining the adaptability of FOX Live Valve for everyday street driving, trail use, overland travel, and demanding off-road terrain.

FITMENT NOTICE: This Ultimate suspension system is configured for compatible 2024–Current Toyota Tacoma 4WD models only. It is not intended for 2WD applications.

FOX 3.2 Factory Race Series Live Valve

At the center of the Ultimate system is FOX 3.2 Live Valve technology.

FOX's electronically controlled system monitors terrain and driver inputs and automatically adapts damping at all four corners of the vehicle. This allows the suspension to respond as the Tacoma transitions between pavement, gravel roads, rocks, rough trails, and faster off-road terrain.

FOX specifies the 3.2 Live Valve system as a Factory Race Series system with approximately 2–3 inches of front lift and 0–1 inch of rear lift.

That adaptability makes Live Valve particularly well suited to a Tacoma expected to perform multiple roles rather than being optimized for only one type of terrain.

Camburg KINETIK V2 Billet Upper Control Arms

The factory upper control arms are replaced with Camburg KINETIK V2 billet upper control arms, providing a premium front control-arm solution appropriate for the capability of the FOX Live Valve system.

Choose your preferred UCA finish:

Gray • Red • Gold • Blue

Your selected color applies only to the Camburg KINETIK V2 upper control arms.

The ICON rear suspension components retain their respective manufacturer finishes regardless of the UCA color selected.

Camburg Performance SLAPPER Lower Control Arms

The Camburg Performance SLAPPER lower control arms are one of the major upgrades separating this Ultimate system from the Premium Live Valve package.

Rather than retaining the factory lower control arms, the Ultimate combines Camburg KINETIK V2 upper control arms with the Performance SLAPPER lower-control-arm system.

This creates a much more comprehensive front suspension package than simply installing premium shocks and upper control arms while retaining the factory lower arms.

ICON Billet Rear Lower Links

The rear suspension is upgraded with ICON billet rear lower links.

These replace the factory rear lower links and form the foundation of the upgraded rear-link architecture used in this Ultimate package.

ICON uses its billet rear lower links together with billet rear upper links and an adjustable rear track bar in its own high-stage 4th-generation Tacoma suspension systems.

This gives the Ultimate package a coordinated ICON rear suspension architecture rather than mixing different rear-link platforms.

ICON Billet Rear Upper Links

The factory rear upper links are also replaced with ICON billet rear upper links.

Together with the ICON billet lower links, these upgrade the major longitudinal locating links of the Tacoma's coil-spring rear suspension.

This combination creates a more comprehensive rear suspension architecture appropriate for a flagship system built around FOX Live Valve.

ICON Billet Adjustable Rear Track Bar

Completing the upgraded rear-link package is an ICON billet adjustable rear track bar.

As suspension height changes, rear axle positioning and track-bar geometry become important considerations.

Rather than retaining the factory track bar, the Ultimate incorporates ICON's adjustable unit alongside the upgraded lower and upper rear links.

The rear-link architecture therefore consists of:

Choose your rear spring configuration according to how much permanent weight the Tacoma normally carries.

Daily + Trail – Standard Weight

Choose Daily + Trail – Standard Weight for Tacomas that remain relatively close to their normal operating weight.

This configuration is appropriate for:

• Light accessory builds
• Occasional cargo

This configuration uses the ICON triple-rate rear coil spring system.

If your Tacoma normally operates relatively unloaded and only occasionally carries camping equipment or heavier cargo, select Daily + Trail – Standard Weight.

Overland – Constant Added Weight

Choose Overland – Constant Added Weight for a Tacoma carrying substantial additional equipment on a permanent or near-permanent basis.

4WD Differential Drop

Because this Ultimate configuration is built specifically around the 4WD Tacoma, the package includes an ICON front differential drop.

ICON specifies its differential drop for 4WD applications within its comparable high-stage 4th-generation Tacoma suspension systems.

This Ultimate configuration is sold for compatible 4WD Tacoma applications only.

Do not order this product for a 2WD Tacoma.

This Tough Terrain package is intended for compatible Tacoma configurations equipped with the applicable coil-spring rear suspension.

Does not fit Tacoma models equipped with rear leaf springs.

Professional installation and a complete alignment are strongly recommended.

Final ride height and suspension setup can vary depending on vehicle trim, vehicle weight, permanently installed accessories, wheel and tire combination, and installation settings.
