Engineered for drivers who expect exceptional control on pavement and through demanding off-road terrain, this premium Stage 1 system pairs ICON’s oversized 3.0 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers with matching 2.5-inch remote-reservoir rear shocks. Ten-position compression adjustment at all four corners allows the suspension to be tuned for daily comfort, added vehicle weight, technical trails, washboard roads, and high-speed terrain.

Choose between tubular or billet control-arm construction to match your performance priorities and build style. Both configurations deliver corrected front geometry, increased suspension articulation, adjustable rear links, and a balanced front-to-rear damping package developed specifically for the current-generation Toyota Tundra.

3.0 Series Damping Performance

The large 3.0-inch front coilovers provide substantially greater piston area, oil volume, and heat-dissipation capacity than smaller shock designs. This helps maintain consistent damping during prolonged rough-terrain use. A multi-stage hydraulic bump zone progressively increases resistance near the end of travel, providing exceptional control during hard compressions and unexpected impacts.

External CDC valves provide ten clearly defined compression settings. Softer positions favor everyday comfort and traction, while firmer positions add support for cargo, accessories, aggressive driving, and severe terrain. The fully rebuildable and re-tunable design supports long-term service and future vehicle changes.

The tubular configuration combines high-strength steel construction with corrected front geometry, increased caster, and improved component clearance. Serviceable high-articulation front joints allow full bump and droop travel without binding. Adjustable rear upper and lower links increase articulation and allow driveline-angle correction while durable coatings and maintenance-conscious bushings support dependable real-world use.

The billet arms deliver the same high-articulation joint technology with greater adjustability and a distinctive machined finish.

Important Fitment Notes

  • Not compatible with factory load-leveling rear air suspension.

  • Four-wheel-drive models without the TRD Off-Road package may require a differential-drop solution or compatible factory axle components. This is generally not required on TRD Pro models.
