ICON - Stage 3 2.5 Suspension Lift Kit - Tundra 2022-Current
Stage 3 2.5 Suspension Lift Kit
Build a better-driving 2022-current Toyota Tundra with ICON’s balanced Stage 3 suspension system. Designed for daily use, weekend exploration, and moderate overland travel, this complete bolt-on package combines adjustable 2.5 Series front coilovers with matched 2.0 Series rear shocks and front sway-bar correction hardware. The result is improved ride quality, suspension control, front clearance, and wheel travel without requiring aftermarket upper control arms.
Balanced performance for real-world use
The vehicle-specific front coilovers use large 2.5-inch shock bodies and internal reservoirs to provide greater oil volume, improved heat management, and more consistent damping than the factory suspension. ICON’s application-specific valving improves body control and impact absorption while maintaining a comfortable, predictable ride on pavement.
Matched 2.0 Series aluminum rear shocks complete the package with a balanced front-to-rear tune. The included sway-bar drop brackets reduce sway-bar-link bind through the suspension’s travel range, allowing smoother movement while protecting factory components.
Key benefits
- Vehicle-specific suspension tuning for the 2022-current Toyota Tundra
- Adjustable front ride height for leveling, clearance, and improved stance
- Up to 40% more front wheel travel than stock
- 2.5 Series internal-reservoir front coilovers for improved damping and vehicle control
- Matched 2.0 Series aluminum rear shocks for balanced handling and ride quality
- Front sway-bar drop brackets reduce bind throughout the suspension travel range
- Retains the factory upper control arms within the recommended lift range
- Fully rebuildable and re-tunable shock absorbers
- 100% bolt-on installation with no drilling, cutting, or welding required
Approximate front lift ranges
- i-FORCE gasoline models: 1.25–2.25 inches
- i-FORCE MAX hybrid models: 0.75–2.25 inches
- SR5 with TRD Sport suspension: 2.25–3.25 inches
- TRD Pro: 0–1.75 inches
Lift height is measured on a stock-equipped vehicle. Added bumpers, winches, armor, or other accessories can reduce the achieved lift height.
Rear fitment and load information
The included rear shocks support approximately 0–1.5 inches of rear lift on coil-spring trucks without the TRD suspension package and 0–1 inch on trucks equipped with TRD suspension or TRD Pro. This system retains the factory rear springs and does not increase the vehicle’s factory payload rating or provide a dedicated constant-load spring upgrade.
Wheel and tire guidance
ICON recommends a 17x8.5-inch wheel with approximately 5.75 inches of backspacing and a +25 mm offset. Tires up to approximately 35x12.50 inches may fit with the correct wheel and ride height, although minor trimming or clearance modifications may be required. Actual fitment varies with tire construction, wheel specifications, alignment, and vehicle configuration.
Important fitment notes
- Not compatible with factory load-leveling rear air suspension
- Not compatible with factory Adaptive Variable Suspension
- Do not exceed 2.25 inches of front lift while retaining the factory upper control arms
- Some four-wheel-drive trucks without the TRD Off-Road package may require additional driveline-correction components; this is not required for TRD Pro
- Trucks equipped with the factory TRD aluminum skid plate require additional spacing hardware
- Advanced driver-assistance systems may require recalibration after installation
- Professional installation and a complete wheel alignment are strongly recommended
