ICON Stage 8 Suspension System

Take your 2024+ Toyota Tacoma to a serious performance level with the ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 8 Suspension System. Stage 8 combines ICON’s 2.5 Series remote-reservoir suspension with CDCV compression adjustability, Delta Joint Pro upper control arms, and upgraded billet rear lower links, creating a comprehensive suspension package for drivers who want excellent on-road control with substantially improved off-road capability.

Choose between Tubular or Billet Delta Joint Pro upper control arms and three rear spring configurations to match how your Tacoma is actually used—from an unloaded daily driver to a fully equipped overland build.

What's Included

Every Stage 8 system includes:

  • ICON 2.5 Series VS Remote Reservoir front coilovers with CDCV
  • ICON 2.5 Series VS Remote Reservoir rear shocks with CDCV
  • ICON Delta Joint Pro Upper Control Arm Kit
  • ICON Billet Rear Lower Link Kit
  • ICON Tacoma differential drop kit
  • Required ICON installation components included with the selected system
  • Rear spring configuration based on your selected variant

CDCV Adjustable Damping

ICON's Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) gives you external compression adjustment, allowing the suspension to be tuned for changing terrain, vehicle load, and driving conditions.

This makes Stage 8 particularly well suited for Tacoma owners who use the same truck for commuting, highway driving, trail use, camping, and loaded overland travel.

Choose Your Rear Spring Setup

Stock Rear Springs — 0 lb Added Load

Best for Tacomas that remain relatively close to factory rear weight. This configuration retains the factory rear springs while upgrading the shocks, control arms, and rear links.

Triple-Rate Rear Springs — Variable Load

Best for trucks that regularly transition between unloaded and moderately loaded conditions. The triple-rate design provides greater versatility for Tacoma owners carrying changing amounts of cargo and gear.

Overland Rear Springs — 600 lb Constant Load

Designed for Tacomas carrying approximately 600 lb of constant additional rear weight, such as permanent overland equipment, bed racks, campers, storage systems, recovery equipment, or similar accessories.

Important: Do not select the 600 lb Overland springs simply because you occasionally carry heavy cargo. They are intended for vehicles with substantial constant added weight.

Choose Your Upper Control Arms

Tubular Delta Joint Pro

ICON's tubular UCA option provides increased strength, improved suspension geometry, and additional articulation for lifted applications while using the Delta Joint Pro.

Billet Delta Joint Pro

The premium UCA configuration uses ICON's machined billet construction with Delta Joint Pro technology for customers looking for the highest-end Stage 8 configuration.

Both options are engineered around the suspension system, so your UCA choice is primarily based on your preferred construction and build level.

Why Choose Stage 8?

Stage 8 is a major step beyond a basic lift or shock package. In addition to the adjustable 2.5 Series suspension and upgraded UCAs, it adds ICON billet rear lower links, further upgrading the Tacoma's rear suspension system.

It's an excellent choice for drivers building a high-end Tacoma that needs to remain controlled and comfortable on pavement while being substantially more capable when the terrain gets rough.
