Built for Tundra owners who demand maximum manual control over suspension behavior, this flagship Stage 1 system combines oversized 3.0-inch remote-reservoir front coilovers with matching 2.5-inch remote-reservoir rear shocks and ICON’s dual-speed compression technology. Independent high-speed and low-speed adjustment lets the driver tune chassis support separately from sharp-impact response for exceptional control on pavement, technical trails, washboard roads, and fast desert terrain.

Choose tubular or billet control-arm construction to match your truck, driving priorities, and preferred finish. Both configurations provide corrected front geometry, increased articulation, adjustable rear links, progressive bottom-out resistance, and a balanced front-to-rear damping package engineered for the current-generation Toyota Tundra.

Independent High- and Low-Speed Compression Control

CDXS damping separates compression tuning into two distinct circuits. Low-speed adjustment controls suspension motion generated by cornering, braking, acceleration, rolling terrain, and gradual weight transfer. High-speed adjustment manages rapid shaft movement caused by potholes, ledges, rocks, whoops, and abrupt impacts. Each circuit offers ten clearly defined settings, allowing precise tuning without disassembling the shocks.

This independent adjustment range is especially valuable for trucks carrying bumpers, winches, camping equipment, tools, or changing cargo. Drivers can add chassis support without making the suspension unnecessarily harsh over sharp impacts—or increase impact control without compromising everyday compliance.

3.0 Series Front Performance

The oversized 3.0-inch remote-reservoir front coilovers provide significantly greater piston area, oil capacity, and heat-dissipation surface than smaller damper designs. This helps maintain stable damping through prolonged hard use. A multi-stage hydraulic bump zone progressively increases resistance near the end of suspension travel, protecting the truck from harsh bottom-outs while preserving a controlled ride through the normal travel range.

Tubular

The tubular configuration uses high-strength steel front upper control arms and adjustable rear links. Corrected geometry, built-in caster, improved component clearance, and serviceable high-articulation joints allow the suspension to move through its available bump and droop travel without binding. Durable coatings and maintenance-conscious bushings make this an excellent performance-focused choice for hard trail use.

Billet

The billet configuration upgrades the front upper control arms and rear links to CNC-machined aluminum construction. It provides premium corrosion resistance, distinctive machined styling, convenient on-vehicle alignment and link-length adjustment, and replaceable wear protection on vulnerable rear components. High-articulation front joints and precision rear-link adjustment support maximum usable travel and accurate driveline setup.

  • Up to 35 x 12.50-inch tires may fit with appropriate wheel selection; minor trimming and application-specific modifications may be required.

Important Fitment Notes

  • Not compatible with factory load-leveling rear air suspension.
  • Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension-equipped vehicles.
  • Four-wheel-drive models without the TRD Off-Road package may require a differential-drop solution or compatible factory axle components. This is generally not required on TRD Pro models.
  • Vehicles equipped with automatic-leveling headlights may require an additional correction bracket.
  • Vehicles equipped with the factory aluminum skid plate may require an additional spacer solution.
