ICON - Stage 10 CDCV Suspension 2.5 Lift Kit - Tundra 2022-Current
ICON - Stage 10 CDCV Suspension 2.5 Lift Kit
Take your 2022-current Toyota Tundra’s suspension performance and adjustability to the next level with ICON’s Stage 10 CDCV 2.5 suspension system. This comprehensive package combines manually adjustable front and rear remote-reservoir shocks with upgraded front upper control arms and adjustable rear upper and lower links, delivering greater suspension control, improved articulation, and the ability to fine-tune rear axle geometry.
Ten-Position Compression Adjustment
ICON’s Compression Damping Control Valves provide ten clearly indexed compression settings at each front and rear shock. Softer positions improve compliance and comfort, while firmer settings increase body control and resistance to bottoming for technical trails or faster off-road driving. Adjustment is performed manually at the shock, with no wiring, control module, or mobile device required.
Complete Stage 10 Performance Package
- Vehicle-specific 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers
- Matching 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks
- Ten manually selectable compression-damping settings at every shock
- Increased oil volume and cooling surface area for consistent damping during sustained use
- Internal rear bump-zone technology adds progressive control near full compression
- Adjustable front ride height for improved stance, clearance, and larger-tire fitment
- Up to approximately 40% more front wheel travel than stock when properly configured
- Delta Joint Pro front upper control arms improve geometry, alignment capability, clearance, and articulation
- Adjustable rear upper and lower links improve articulation, reduce deflection, and allow rear axle and pinion-angle correction
- Sway-bar drop brackets help reduce link bind throughout suspension travel
- Rebuildable and re-tunable ICON shocks for long-term serviceability
Choose Your Front Control Arms
Tubular: Heavy-duty tubular steel front upper control arms provide corrected geometry, additional caster, dependable strength, and excellent value. This configuration supports approximately 2–3.5 inches of front lift on most stock-equipped gasoline applications.
Billet: Premium machined-aluminum front upper control arms provide distinctive styling, durability, improved clearance, and additional on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment. This configuration supports approximately 1.25–3.5 inches of front lift on most stock-equipped gasoline applications.
Rear-Link Upgrade
The included adjustable rear upper and lower links provide greater control of rear axle position and pinion angle after lifting. Reduced deflection and increased articulation help the rear suspension move more freely while maintaining a controlled, predictable feel on the street and trail.
Fitment and Tire Guidance
Designed for 2022-current Toyota Tundra models equipped with rear coil springs. Tires up to approximately 35x12.50 inches may fit with suitable wheel dimensions, though minor trimming or other clearance modifications may be required. Actual lift and clearance depend on engine, trim, factory suspension package, accessory weight, wheel offset, tire construction, and alignment.
Important Fitment Notes
- Not compatible with factory load-leveling rear air suspension.
- Not compatible with factory Adaptive Variable Suspension.
- Four-wheel-drive trucks without the TRD Off-Road package may require a front differential drop or compatible upgraded axles.
- Vehicles with a factory aluminum skid plate may require additional spacing hardware.
- Hybrid, TRD Sport, TRD Pro, and other heavier or factory-lifted models will receive different net lift heights.
- Rear shocks support a limited rear-lift range; replacement rear springs and an adjustable rear track bar are not included in Stage 10.
- Professional installation, alignment, and any required driver-assistance-system recalibration are strongly recommended.
- This suspension does not increase the truck’s factory payload or GVWR and is not advertised with a constant-load weight rating.
For Tundra owners who want manual compression adjustment plus comprehensive rear-link geometry control, Stage 10 CDCV is a premium Trail Ready solution for serious mixed-use performance.
