ICON Stage 10 CDEV Suspension System

Take your 4th Gen Toyota Tacoma to ICON’s next level of electronically controlled suspension performance with the ICON Stage 10 CDEV Suspension System. Designed for drivers who want premium on-road control without sacrificing serious off-road capability, Stage 10 combines ICON 2.5 Series remote-reservoir suspension with CDEV electronic compression adjustment and ICON Intelligent Control (IIC).

Unlike a conventional manually adjustable shock, ICON’s IIC system uses vehicle movement and G-force data along with your selected settings to actively control the CDEV-equipped shocks. Once configured, the system can make near-instant compression damping adjustments at each shock as driving conditions change.

Stage 10 also upgrades the Tacoma with Delta Joint Pro upper control arms, adjustable rear lower links, a front differential drop kit, and your choice of rear spring configuration, creating a comprehensive front-to-rear suspension package.

What's Included

Every Stage 10 configuration includes:

  • ICON 2.5 Series CDEV remote-reservoir front coilovers

  • ICON 2.5 Series CDEV remote-reservoir rear shocks

  • ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system/install kit

  • ICON Delta Joint Pro upper control arms — Tubular or Billet depending on selection

  • ICON rear lower links — matched Tubular or Billet construction

  • ICON front differential drop kit

  • ICON-engineered front coil springs

  • Rear springs when Overland or Triple Rate configuration is selected

  • Required system components for the selected configuration

Choose Your Upper Control Arms

Tubular

A performance-focused tubular steel UCA package featuring ICON Delta Joint Pro technology. This is the best choice for customers who want the full Stage 10 suspension capability while keeping the overall system price lower.

Tubular configurations also include ICON tubular rear lower links.

Billet

The premium Stage 10 configuration upgrades the truck to ICON billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro upper control arms with additional on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment.

Billet configurations also include ICON billet rear lower links with on-vehicle adjustability.

Choose Billet if you want ICON's highest-end control-arm and rear-link configuration.

Choose Your Rear Spring Setup

Standard

Best for Tacomas that remain relatively close to stock rear weight.

The Standard configuration retains the factory rear coil springs while upgrading the truck with the complete Stage 10 CDEV shock, control arm, rear link, differential drop, and IIC system.

Overland

Recommended for Tacomas carrying substantial constant rear weight from equipment such as camping gear, storage systems, bumpers, recovery equipment, or other overland accessories.

ICON's Overland rear coils are designed around approximately 600 lb of additional rear vehicle weight and provide approximately 0.5 inch of rear lift at that load.

Triple Rate

Choose Triple Rate for customers wanting ICON's upgraded multi-rate rear spring package for increased rear suspension capability and a more complete front-to-rear suspension upgrade.

CDEV + ICON Intelligent Control

Stage 10's defining feature is the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) system.

ICON Intelligent Control uses onboard sensors to monitor vehicle chassis movement and G-forces. Based on your selected settings, the system can actively make rapid compression-damping changes at the individual shocks.

This gives the Tacoma suspension the ability to adapt to changing conditions rather than requiring the driver to continually stop and manually adjust shock settings.

The result is a suspension system designed to provide excellent control across daily driving, high-speed dirt roads, rough terrain, and changing trail conditions.

Performance Features

  • Vehicle-specific tuned ICON 2.5 Series suspension

  • CDEV electronic compression damping control

  • ICON Intelligent Control active suspension management

  • Remote reservoirs increase oil capacity and improve heat management

  • Increased suspension travel compared with stock

  • Adjustable front coilovers

  • Delta Joint Pro upper control arms with up to 90° total articulation

  • Improved front suspension geometry and component clearance

  • Heavy-duty adjustable rear lower links

  • Fully serviceable shocks

  • Vehicle-specific front and rear damping

  • Integrated rear shock bump zones

  • Designed for improved performance both on-road and off-road

Fitment

Designed for 2024-Current Toyota Tacoma applications equipped with the compatible rear coil-spring suspension.

Important:

  • Not compatible with Tacoma models equipped with rear leaf springs.

  • Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.

  • This system is configured for 4WD models and includes ICON's front differential drop.

  • ADAS recalibration is required after installation.

  • An iOS device is required to operate the ICON Intelligent Control app.

  • Standard-system rear shocks are designed for approximately 0–1 inch of rear lift.

  • Lift height and vehicle stance can vary depending on vehicle weight and installed accessories.

  • Larger tire fitment may require additional trimming or vehicle modifications.

Which Configuration Should I Choose?

For a Tacoma with little or no permanent additional rear weight:

Tubular / Standard — Best-value Stage 10 configuration
Billet / Standard — Premium control-arm and rear-link upgrade

For an overland Tacoma carrying significant constant rear weight:

Tubular / Overland — Overland load support with tubular components
Billet / Overland — Premium billet configuration with Overland rear springs

For customers wanting ICON's upgraded Triple Rate rear suspension:

Tubular / Triple Rate — Triple Rate rear springs with tubular components
Billet / Triple Rate — Maximum-spec Stage 10 configuration

Why Choose Stage 10?

Stage 10 is designed for the Tacoma owner who wants more than a conventional lift kit. With electronically controlled CDEV dampers, ICON Intelligent Control, upgraded UCAs, rear lower links, remote reservoirs, and selectable rear spring configurations, this system provides a highly integrated suspension package capable of adapting to both everyday driving and demanding off-road use.
