The ICON Stage 11 CDCV suspension system is a comprehensive upgrade for Tundra owners seeking premium ride quality, greater off-road control, improved suspension geometry, and a properly supported rear suspension. Building on Stage 10, Stage 11 adds triple-rate rear coil springs and an on-vehicle adjustable rear track bar for improved ride quality, bottoming resistance, rear axle positioning, and stance.
Large-body remote-reservoir front coilovers and rear shocks use vehicle-specific tuning to deliver composed road manners and consistent performance during demanding trail use. ICON’s externally adjustable compression damping provides 10 settings, allowing the driver to quickly tailor the suspension from comfortable daily driving to firmer control for heavy cargo, rough terrain, and aggressive off-road use.
Choose Your Configuration
- Tubular construction: Tubular front upper control arms and tubular adjustable rear upper and lower links provide excellent strength, articulation, and serviceability.
- Billet construction: Precision-machined billet front upper control arms and billet adjustable rear upper and lower links offer premium construction, strength, and refined on-vehicle adjustment.
- Standard rear spring: Designed for approximately 0.5 inch of rear lift on non-TRD trucks and approximately stock rear height on trucks equipped with a TRD suspension package.
- TRD/tall rear spring: Designed for approximately 0.75 inch of rear lift on TRD-equipped trucks and approximately 1.25 inches on non-TRD trucks when a taller rear stance is desired.

Ride Height Guidance
Tubular-control-arm configurations generally provide approximately 2 to 3.5 inches of front lift on gasoline models and approximately 2 to 3 inches on hybrid models. Billet-control-arm configurations generally provide approximately 1.25 to 3.5 inches on gasoline models and approximately 0.75 to 3 inches on hybrid models. TRD Pro and factory-lifted applications have different net lift ranges because of their taller original ride height.
Fitment and Installation Notes
- Not compatible with factory load-leveling rear air suspension.
- Not compatible with Toyota Adaptive Variable Suspension.
- Some four-wheel-drive models without the TRD Off-Road package require additional front differential or axle-related components to prevent axle damage.
- Vehicles with automatic-leveling headlights may require an additional bracket.
- The factory aluminum skid plate may require a spacer kit for clearance.
- Wheel offset, tire construction, and intended use affect tire clearance; trimming may be required.
- A professional alignment is required after installation. Advanced driver-assistance systems may also require recalibration.
Carrying Additional Weight
The triple-rate rear springs provide improved support and bottoming resistance compared with the factory coils, making Stage 11 a strong choice for an overland-oriented Tundra carrying moderate accessories and changing cargo. Added weight will affect final ride height. This suspension does not increase the truck’s factory payload, axle, towing, or gross vehicle weight ratings, and it should not be represented as a constant-load system without confirming the vehicle’s actual permanent added weight.
