ICON - Stage 11 CDCV Suspension System – Toyota Tacoma 2024-Current
ICON Stage 11 CDCV Suspension System
Take your 4th Gen Toyota Tacoma to a higher level of suspension performance with the ICON Stage 11 CDCV Suspension System. Stage 11 is a comprehensive front-to-rear system built for Tacoma owners who want premium ride quality, serious off-road capability, extensive suspension adjustability, and upgraded rear suspension geometry.
Stage 11 combines ICON 2.5 Series remote-reservoir CDCV front coilovers and rear shocks with Delta Joint Pro upper control arms, upgraded rear upper and lower links, an adjustable rear track bar, rear coil springs, and a front differential drop kit.
Unlike Stage 10's electronically controlled CDEV/IIC system, Stage 11 uses ICON's manually adjustable CDCV compression damping system, allowing the driver to select from 10 compression settings directly at the shock reservoir.

Choose Your Upper Control Arm & Link Configuration
Tubular
The Tubular configuration combines ICON tubular Delta Joint Pro upper control arms with tubular rear suspension links.
This is an excellent choice for customers who want the complete Stage 11 suspension package and its extensive geometry and damping upgrades while keeping the overall system cost below the Billet configuration.
Billet
The Billet configuration upgrades Stage 11 with ICON billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro upper control arms and billet rear suspension links.
This is the premium choice for customers who want ICON's higher-end component construction along with additional suspension adjustability and premium appearance.
Choose Your Rear Springs
Stage 11 is available with two rear spring configurations:
Triple Rate
The Triple Rate rear spring configuration is designed to provide a versatile balance between ride quality, suspension travel, load handling, and off-road performance.
This is the preferred choice for Tacomas that are not carrying substantial permanent overland weight but still need an upgraded rear coil spring to complement the complete Stage 11 suspension system.
Overland
The Overland rear spring configuration is intended for Tacomas carrying significant constant rear weight from accessories and equipment.
This can include:
-
Rear bumpers
-
Camping equipment
-
Storage systems
-
Recovery equipment
-
Overland gear
-
Other permanently installed rear accessories
Choose the Overland configuration when your Tacoma regularly carries substantial additional weight rather than selecting the heavier spring simply because you occasionally load the truck.
ICON CDCV Compression Adjustment
Stage 11 uses ICON's Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) technology.
Each CDCV-equipped shock provides 10 compression damping settings, allowing you to manually tune the suspension for different driving conditions.
Softer settings can provide greater compliance for everyday driving and rough terrain, while firmer settings can increase chassis control when carrying loads, driving aggressively, or encountering higher-speed terrain.
This gives the driver significant suspension tuning capability without changing springs or internal shock valving.
Complete Rear Suspension Upgrade
One of the major advantages of Stage 11 is that it goes considerably further than simply replacing the shocks and springs.
The system upgrades the Tacoma's rear suspension with:
-
Rear upper links
-
Rear lower links
-
Adjustable rear track bar
-
Upgraded rear coil springs
-
CDCV remote-reservoir rear shocks
These components work together to provide improved rear axle control, suspension articulation, geometry correction, and adjustability.
The adjustable track bar helps properly position the rear axle laterally, while the upgraded upper and lower links provide stronger and more adjustable locating components for the rear suspension.
