ICON - Stage 11 CDXS Suspension 2.5 Lift Kit

The ICON Stage 11 CDXS suspension system delivers premium front-to-rear control for Tundra owners who want extensive damping adjustment, improved suspension geometry, and a more capable rear suspension. Building on Stage 10, Stage 11 adds triple-rate rear coil springs and an on-vehicle adjustable rear track bar to improve ride quality, bottoming resistance, rear axle positioning, and overall stance.

Large-body remote-reservoir front coilovers and rear shocks feature ICON’s dual-speed compression damping system. Independent high-speed and low-speed adjusters provide 10 settings each, allowing the driver to tune body control separately from sharp-impact response. This makes it possible to tailor the truck for comfortable road use, changing cargo, washboard roads, technical trails, or faster off-road driving.

Choose Your Configuration

  • Tubular construction: Tubular front upper control arms and tubular adjustable rear upper and lower links deliver excellent strength, articulation, and serviceability.
  • Billet construction: Precision-machined billet front upper control arms and billet adjustable rear upper and lower links provide premium materials, strength, and refined on-vehicle adjustment.
  • Standard rear spring: Produces approximately 0.5 inch of rear lift on non-TRD trucks and approximately stock rear height on trucks equipped with a TRD suspension package.
  • TRD/tall rear spring: Produces approximately 0.75 inch of rear lift on TRD-equipped trucks and approximately 1.25 inches on non-TRD trucks when a taller rear stance is preferred.

CDXS Damping Control

  • Independent low-speed compression adjustment controls body motion during braking, cornering, gradual terrain changes, and weight transfer.
  • Independent high-speed compression adjustment controls response to potholes, ledges, sharp impacts, and aggressive terrain.
  • Ten detented settings for each adjustment circuit provide repeatable, precise tuning.
  • Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat-dissipation capacity for consistent performance during sustained use.

Ride Height Guidance

Tubular-control-arm configurations generally provide approximately 2 to 3.5 inches of front lift on gasoline models and approximately 2 to 3 inches on hybrid models. Billet-control-arm configurations generally provide approximately 1.25 to 3.5 inches on gasoline models and approximately 0.75 to 3 inches on hybrid models. TRD Pro, TRD Sport, and factory-lifted applications have different net lift ranges because of their original ride heights.

Fitment and Installation Notes

  • Not compatible with factory load-leveling rear air suspension.
  • Not compatible with Toyota Adaptive Variable Suspension.
  • Some four-wheel-drive models without the TRD Off-Road package require additional front differential or axle-related components to prevent axle damage.
  • Vehicles with automatic-leveling headlights may require an additional bracket.
  • The factory aluminum skid plate may require additional spacing for clearance.
  • Wheel offset, tire construction, and intended use affect tire clearance; trimming may be required.
  • A professional alignment is required after installation. Advanced driver-assistance systems may also require recalibration.

Carrying Additional Weight

The triple-rate rear springs provide improved support and bottoming resistance compared with factory coils, making Stage 11 a strong overland-oriented choice for moderate accessories and changing cargo. Added weight will affect final ride height. This system does not increase Toyota’s factory payload, axle, towing, or gross vehicle weight ratings and should not be described as a dedicated constant-load system without confirming the truck’s actual permanent added weight.
