ICON Stage 12 Billet CDEV Suspension System

Take your Toyota Sequoia to ICON’s highest level of electronically controlled suspension performance with the Stage 12 Billet CDEV Suspension System. Designed as a complete front-to-rear suspension upgrade, this system combines ICON’s 2.5 Series remote reservoir shocks, Intelligent Control electronic damping technology, billet upper control arms, billet rear links, adjustable track bar, and dual-rate rear coil springs into one fully integrated package.

Built for drivers who want premium on-road refinement without sacrificing serious off-road capability, Stage 12 continuously adapts suspension damping to vehicle movement and terrain while providing the additional suspension travel, articulation, strength, and adjustability required for demanding builds.

Intelligent CDEV Suspension Control

At the heart of Stage 12 is ICON’s Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology paired with the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system.

Sensors monitor vehicle movement and G-forces while the system makes near-instantaneous adjustments to compression damping at each shock. Once configured, the suspension can automatically respond to changing road and trail conditions, helping provide greater body control on pavement while delivering the compliance and damping needed when terrain becomes rough.

The result is a suspension system capable of adapting to the way and where you drive rather than forcing one fixed suspension setting to handle every situation.

2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Front Coilovers

ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers replace the factory front suspension with a vehicle-specific performance system engineered specifically for the Sequoia.

The larger shock bodies and increased piston area provide improved damping capability and suspension control, while external reservoirs increase oil capacity and heat-dissipation area to help maintain consistent performance during prolonged or aggressive use.

Adjustable coilovers also allow the front ride height to be properly configured for the vehicle's suspension package and desired stance.

Billet Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

ICON's billet aluminum upper control arms provide a substantial upgrade over the factory control arms.

They are designed to correct suspension geometry at increased ride heights while providing additional caster and camber adjustment for proper alignment and improved drivability.

ICON's serviceable and rebuildable Delta Joint PRO provides exceptional articulation, allowing the suspension to move through its available bump and droop travel without the binding associated with a conventional factory-style ball joint.

Billet Adjustable Rear Upper & Lower Links

Stage 12 goes beyond shocks and springs by replacing the factory rear upper and lower links with ICON's premium billet aluminum adjustable links.

The upgraded rear links improve articulation while reducing unwanted deflection under load. Their on-vehicle adjustability also provides greater control over rear suspension geometry and pinion angle after the vehicle has been lifted.

This is especially valuable for Sequoias used for off-road driving, overlanding, larger tire setups, or builds carrying additional equipment.

Dual-Rate Rear Coil Springs

ICON dual-rate rear coil springs are designed to balance everyday ride quality with increased support as suspension loads rise.

The softer initial spring rate helps maintain a comfortable and controlled ride during normal driving, while the firmer secondary rate provides additional bottoming resistance and support during aggressive off-road use or heavier suspension compression.

Rear ride height varies depending on the Sequoia's original factory suspension configuration.

Billet Adjustable Rear Track Bar

Lifting a solid-axle rear suspension can shift the rear axle laterally from its intended position.

ICON's billet adjustable rear track bar allows the axle to be properly re-centered after the suspension height has been changed. Its on-vehicle adjustment system makes precise track-bar length changes possible without repeatedly removing the component.

2.5 Series CDEV Rear Remote Reservoir Shocks

Matching 2.5 Series rear remote reservoir shocks provide balanced damping performance from front to rear.

Their larger shock bodies and external reservoirs increase fluid capacity and cooling capability for more consistent performance during extended off-road driving.

ICON also incorporates an internal Bump Zone, providing additional damping force deeper in the shock's travel to improve control during hard suspension compression and bottom-out events.

Fitment & Important Notes

Designed for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia applications.

Most standard Sequoia configurations can achieve approximately 3–4.5 inches of front lift and 4 inches of rear lift. TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro models begin with a taller factory suspension and therefore typically achieve approximately 1–2.5 inches of additional front lift and 2 inches of additional rear lift.

Vehicles equipped with certain factory suspension systems or options may require additional components.

Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).

Not compatible with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.

Certain vehicles equipped with automatic-leveling headlights may require an additional bracket kit.

For certain 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, additional front differential or axle modifications may be required.

Vehicles equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate may require an additional spacer kit.

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) must be recalibrated following installation.

An iOS device is required to operate the ICON Intelligent Control application.

Recommended For

This Stage 12 system is ideal for Sequoia owners building a premium trail, overland, or high-performance daily-driven SUV who want substantially more than a conventional lift kit.

With electronically controlled CDEV shocks, billet suspension links, upgraded control arms, dual-rate springs, and complete front-to-rear suspension geometry upgrades, Stage 12 delivers a sophisticated combination of ride quality, suspension control, adjustability, articulation, and off-road capability in one integrated system.
