ICON - Stage 14 CDEV Suspension Lift Kit - Tundra 2022-Current
ICON - Stage 14 CDEV Suspension Lift Kit
The ICON Stage 14 CDEV Suspension System is one of ICON’s most complete 2.5 Series suspension packages for the 2022-current Toyota Tundra. Built for premium street performance, aggressive trail use, desert driving, and high-end off-road builds, Stage 14 combines electronically controlled CDEV damping with ICON Intelligent Control, Delta Joint Pro upper control arms, adjustable rear upper and lower links, triple-rate rear coil springs, and an adjustable rear track bar.
Stage 14 builds on Stage 13 by adding ICON triple-rate rear coil springs and an adjustable rear track bar. The result is a more complete front-to-rear suspension package with upgraded damping, articulation, axle positioning, rear geometry adjustment, and spring performance.
CDEV Electronic Damping + ICON Intelligent Control
ICON Compression Damping Electronic Valve technology provides active electronic compression damping adjustment. ICON Intelligent Control uses onboard sensors to monitor chassis movement and G-forces and can make near-instantaneous damping changes based on driving conditions and the user’s selected settings. Once configured, the system continuously manages compression damping so the suspension can remain composed on pavement while responding aggressively when terrain and impacts demand additional control.
2.5 Series CDEV Front Remote-Reservoir Coilovers
Vehicle-specific 2.5 Series remote-reservoir CDEV front coilovers provide increased oil volume, improved heat management, and significantly greater damping capability than the factory suspension. ICON’s application-specific shock lengths and valving are engineered to maximize usable suspension travel while improving steering response, body control, rough-road compliance, and high-speed stability. Depending on application, the system can provide up to approximately 40% more front wheel travel over stock.
Delta Joint Pro Upper Control Arms
Stage 14 includes ICON Delta Joint Pro upper control arms to complement the increased front suspension travel and correct suspension geometry. The serviceable and rebuildable Delta Joint Pro provides exceptional articulation while helping eliminate bind through the suspension’s bump and droop range.
Adjustable Rear Upper & Lower Links
ICON adjustable rear upper and lower links replace the factory links to improve rear suspension articulation, reduce unwanted deflection, and provide the adjustability needed to properly dial in rear geometry and pinion angle. These links make Stage 14 a complete chassis-control package rather than simply a shock-and-spring upgrade.
Triple-Rate Rear Coil Springs
Stage 14 adds ICON triple-rate rear coil springs engineered to combine a compliant initial rate for ride quality and articulation with progressively firmer support as the suspension moves deeper into its travel. This design improves everyday comfort while increasing bottom-out resistance and control during demanding off-road use.
Adjustable Rear Track Bar
An ICON adjustable rear track bar allows the rear axle to be properly centered after suspension height changes. On-vehicle adjustment makes it possible to fine-tune axle position without repeatedly removing the track bar, helping maintain proper rear suspension geometry and predictable handling.
2.5 Series CDEV Rear Remote-Reservoir Shocks
Matching 2.5 Series CDEV rear remote-reservoir shocks provide balanced electronically controlled damping across all four corners. Their larger shock bodies and remote reservoirs increase fluid capacity and heat dissipation for more consistent performance during extended hard use. ICON’s internal Bump Zone adds additional damping near the end of travel to improve control during large impacts and hard bottom-out events.
Choose Your Stage 14 Configuration
Tubular: Uses ICON tubular Delta Joint Pro front upper control arms and tubular adjustable rear upper and lower links. This configuration emphasizes rugged DOM-steel construction, articulation, durability, and high-performance value.
Billet: Upgrades the front upper control arms and adjustable rear links to ICON’s premium CNC-machined billet aluminum construction for customers who want flagship suspension performance combined with ICON’s highest-tier component construction and finish.
Standard Rear Spring: Intended for the standard Stage 14 rear ride-height configuration.
TRD / Taller Rear Spring: Uses ICON’s taller rear spring configuration for Tundras equipped with TRD suspension packages and TRD Pro, or applications where the corresponding taller rear ride height is desired.

Who Should Choose Stage 14?
Stage 14 is designed for Tundra owners who want a premium, nearly complete suspension transformation rather than a basic lift. It is an excellent choice for high-performance daily-driven builds, fast desert and rough-road driving, technical trail use, premium TRD Pro builds, and customers who want electronically controlled damping combined with upgraded rear links, springs, and axle positioning.
Important Fitment Information
Designed for 2022-current Toyota Tundra applications. Actual front and rear ride height varies by engine, trim, factory suspension package, vehicle weight, selected control-arm configuration, and rear spring choice. TRD Pro models use a different front adjustment range than standard Tundra models. This system is not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension or Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Some 4WD applications without the TRD Off-Road package may require additional differential/CV-related components. Trucks equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate may require additional installation hardware. Larger tires may require appropriate wheel specifications, trimming, or other vehicle modifications for proper clearance. An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control app.
Professional installation followed by a complete suspension alignment and system setup is strongly recommended.
Off Road Recommendation
Choose Stage 14 when you want the electronically controlled CDEV performance and upgraded rear links of Stage 13, but also want ICON triple-rate rear springs and an adjustable rear track bar to complete the rear suspension package. This is a Premium Performance system engineered for customers who want maximum suspension control, adjustability, and component quality from a complete ICON 2.5 Series package.
