ICON - Stage 3 CDCV Suspension Lift Kit - Tundra 2022-Current

Transform your 2022-current Toyota Tundra into a controlled, load-ready trail and overland platform. ICON’s Stage 3 3.0 CDCV system builds on the Stage 2 package with triple-rate rear coil springs and an adjustable rear track bar, creating a complete front-to-rear suspension system with improved ride quality, articulation, axle control, and compression-damping adjustment.

3.0 Series CDCV performance

Large 3.0-inch remote-reservoir front coilovers and rear shocks provide substantially increased piston area, oil capacity, heat dissipation, and resistance to shock fade. ICON’s multi-stage hydraulic Bump Zone progressively increases damping near full compression to help control hard impacts and bottom-outs. External CDC valves provide 10 compression settings, allowing the driver to tune the ride from softer street comfort to firmer control for cargo, towing, rough roads, and aggressive trail use.

Stage 3 upgrades

• Triple-rate rear coil springs improve ride quality, load control, articulation, and rear ride height
• Adjustable billet rear track bar centers the axle after lifting and permits on-vehicle adjustment
• Upgraded front upper control arms correct geometry, improve alignment capability, and increase clearance
• Upgraded rear upper and lower links improve strength, articulation, and pinion-angle adjustment
• Front sway-bar drop brackets reduce link bind throughout suspension travel
• Up to 40% more front wheel travel and approximately 20% more rear wheel travel than stock
• Fully rebuildable and re-tunable dampers

Choose the correct configuration

Tubular: Heavy-duty tubular steel front upper control arms with upgraded rear links provide excellent strength and performance value.

Billet: Precision-machined billet aluminum front upper control arms provide premium construction plus increased on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment.

Lower Rear Lift: Uses the shorter triple-rate rear spring configuration for customers seeking less rear lift and less rake.

Taller Rear Lift – TRD Recommended: Uses the taller triple-rate rear spring configuration. It provides approximately 0.75 inch of rear lift on TRD Off-Road, TRD Sport, and TRD Pro models, or approximately 1.25 inches on non-TRD trucks seeking a taller rear stance.

Approximate lift and fitment

• Tubular front configuration: approximately 2–3.25 inches on typical gasoline models
• Billet front configuration: approximately 1.25–3.25 inches on typical gasoline models
• Hybrid, TRD Sport, and TRD Pro lift ranges differ because of factory ride height and vehicle weight
• Designed to support proper stance and clearance for tires up to approximately 35x12.50 inches with suitable wheels; trimming may be required

Load-carrying guidance

The triple-rate rear springs improve support and control for accessories and overland equipment compared with the factory coils. They do not change Toyota’s GVWR, axle ratings, towing limits, or legal payload rating. Final ride height depends on permanent accessory weight and the selected rear spring configuration.

Important installation notes

• Not compatible with factory load-leveling rear air suspension or Adaptive Variable Suspension
• Some four-wheel-drive trucks without the TRD Off-Road package may require additional driveline correction
• Automatic-leveling headlights and the factory TRD aluminum skid plate may require additional correction hardware
• Professional installation, alignment, and recalibration of applicable driver-assistance systems are strongly recommended
