ICON - Stage 6 CDEV Suspension Lift Kit
Turn your 2022-current Toyota Tundra into a more capable, controlled, and refined trail truck with ICON’s Stage 6 CDEV suspension system. This premium package combines 3.0 Series front coilovers and rear remote-reservoir shocks with electronically adjustable damping, upgraded upper control arms, heavy-duty rear links, an adjustable rear track bar, and triple-rate rear coil springs. The result is a balanced suspension package built for drivers who want excellent on-road manners, confident high-speed control, and significantly more composure in rough terrain.
Why Choose Stage 6 CDEV?
ICON’s Compression Damping Electronic Valve technology lets you adjust suspension firmness from the cabin through the ICON Intelligent Control system. The system can automatically react to vehicle movement while also allowing the driver to select the preferred damping level. Large 3.0-inch shock bodies increase oil volume and heat capacity, while remote reservoirs support consistent performance during demanding off-road use.

Choose Your Configuration
Control-arm construction: Choose Tubular for excellent strength and value, or Billet for premium machined-aluminum construction and distinctive styling.
Standard Rear Height: Designed for approximately 0.5 inch of rear lift on non-TRD trucks and approximately stock rear height on trucks equipped with the factory TRD suspension.
Taller TRD Rear Height: Designed for approximately 1.25 inches of rear lift on non-TRD trucks and approximately 0.75 inch on trucks equipped with the factory TRD suspension. This option is useful when additional rear rake or clearance is preferred.
Fitment and Tire Guidance
Designed for 2022-current Toyota Tundra models without factory rear air suspension. Front lift height varies by vehicle configuration and may be reduced on heavier hybrid models and factory-lifted/TRD Pro applications. Up to 35x12.50-inch tires may fit when used with appropriate wheel dimensions and additional clearance considerations; actual fitment depends on wheel offset, tire construction, alignment, and vehicle equipment.
Important Notes
- Not compatible with factory rear air suspension.
- Not compatible with factory Adaptive Variable Suspension.
- ICON Intelligent Control operation requires a compatible iOS device.
- A professional installation and alignment are strongly recommended.
- Vehicles equipped with driver-assistance systems may require sensor recalibration after installation.
- This suspension improves control and rear spring performance but does not increase the truck’s factory payload or GVWR. ICON does not publish a constant-load weight rating for this system.
For Tundra owners who want a highly tunable suspension with premium components from front to rear, Stage 6 CDEV delivers an impressive blend of comfort, control, and trail capability.
