ICON - Stage 7 Suspension 2.5 Lift Kit - Tundra 2022-Current
ICON - Stage 7 Suspension 2.5 Lift Kit
Upgrade your 2022-current Toyota Tundra with ICON’s Stage 7 2.5 suspension system, a premium performance package engineered to deliver confident handling, improved wheel travel, and balanced control on the street and in demanding off-road terrain. Stage 7 builds on the preceding system by upgrading the rear dampers to larger 2.5-inch Aluminum Series remote-reservoir shocks, giving the truck greater oil capacity, improved heat dissipation, and more consistent damping during extended hard use.
Balanced Performance From Front to Rear
Vehicle-specific 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers provide increased damping capability and adjustable front ride height. Matching 2.5-inch rear remote-reservoir shocks create a balanced suspension response, while their internal bump-zone design adds progressively stronger control near full compression to help manage hard impacts and bottom-out events.
System Highlights
- Vehicle-specific tuning for the 2022-current Toyota Tundra
- 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs for improved cooling and consistent damping
- Adjustable front lift for added clearance, improved stance, and larger-tire fitment
- Up to approximately 40% more front wheel travel than stock when properly configured
- 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks for increased oil volume and heat capacity
- Internal rear bump-zone technology provides additional damping force during hard compression events
- Delta Joint Pro upper control arms improve geometry, component clearance, and usable articulation
- Front sway-bar drop brackets help reduce link bind throughout suspension travel
- Rebuildable and re-tunable ICON shock absorbers for long-term serviceability
Choose Your Control Arms
Tubular: A strong, durable steel control-arm design that provides corrected geometry, added caster, and excellent overall value. This configuration supports approximately 2–3.5 inches of adjustable front lift on most stock-equipped applications.
Billet: Premium machined-aluminum control arms provide distinctive styling, durability, improved clearance, and additional on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment. This configuration supports approximately 1.25–3.5 inches of adjustable front lift on most stock-equipped applications.
Fitment and Tire Guidance
Designed for 2022-current Toyota Tundra models. The system can support fitment of tires up to approximately 35x12.50 inches when paired with suitable wheel dimensions; minor trimming or other clearance modifications may be required. Final lift height and tire clearance vary with engine, trim, factory suspension package, added vehicle weight, wheel offset, tire construction, and alignment settings.
Important Fitment Notes
- Not compatible with factory load-leveling rear air suspension.
- Not compatible with factory Adaptive Variable Suspension.
- Factory TRD Pro and other factory-lifted models will receive less net lift than standard-height trucks.
- Professional installation and a complete alignment are strongly recommended.
- Vehicles equipped with advanced driver-assistance systems may require recalibration after installation.
- This performance suspension system does not increase the vehicle’s factory payload or GVWR and is not advertised with a constant-load weight rating.
For Tundra owners seeking a major improvement in shock cooling, rough-terrain consistency, and overall suspension control without electronic damping adjustment, the Stage 7 2.5 system is a highly capable trail-ready choice.
