ICON - Stage 8 Suspension 2.5 Lift Kit

Transform your 2022-current Toyota Tundra with ICON’s Stage 8 2.5 suspension system, a premium trail-focused package engineered for improved wheel travel, confident handling, and consistent damping during demanding off-road use. Stage 8 builds on the remote-reservoir performance of Stage 7 by adding heavy-duty adjustable rear lower links, improving rear suspension articulation, strength, ground clearance, and pinion-angle control.

Complete, Balanced Suspension Performance

Vehicle-specific 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers combine adjustable ride height with increased oil capacity and cooling. Matching 2.5-inch Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks maintain balanced control from front to rear and resist heat-related damping fade. Internal rear bump-zone technology adds progressively stronger control near full compression to help manage hard impacts.

Key Benefits

  • Vehicle-specific design and tuning for the 2022-current Toyota Tundra
  • 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs for improved damping consistency and cooling
  • Adjustable front ride height for added clearance, improved stance, and larger-tire fitment
  • Up to approximately 40% more front wheel travel than stock when properly configured
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks with internal bump-zone technology
  • Delta Joint Pro upper control arms improve geometry, clearance, alignment capability, and articulation
  • Adjustable rear lower links improve axle control, articulation, and pinion-angle adjustment
  • Front sway-bar drop brackets help reduce link bind throughout the suspension travel range
  • ICON shocks are rebuildable and re-tunable for long-term serviceability

Choose Your Construction

Tubular: Uses heavy-duty tubular steel front upper control arms and matching tubular steel rear lower links. The durable powder-coated construction provides excellent strength and value, with corrected front geometry and adjustable rear link length. This configuration supports approximately 2–3.5 inches of front lift on most stock-equipped applications.

Billet: Uses premium machined-aluminum front upper control arms and matching billet aluminum rear lower links. This configuration delivers distinctive styling, excellent corrosion resistance, additional on-vehicle alignment adjustment, and ICON’s double-adjuster rear-link design. It supports approximately 1.25–3.5 inches of front lift on most stock-equipped applications.

Rear-Link Upgrade

The upgraded rear lower links reduce deflection and allow the axle’s pinion angle to be fine-tuned after lifting. High-quality rod ends and multi-durometer bushings are designed to increase usable articulation while maintaining quiet, controlled operation on the street.

Fitment and Tire Guidance

Designed for 2022-current Toyota Tundra models. Tires up to approximately 35x12.50 inches may fit with appropriate wheel dimensions, although trimming or other clearance modifications may be required. Final lift height and tire clearance vary with engine, trim, factory suspension package, vehicle weight, wheel offset, tire construction, and alignment.

Important Fitment Notes

  • Not compatible with factory load-leveling rear air suspension.
  • Not compatible with factory Adaptive Variable Suspension.
  • Four-wheel-drive trucks without the TRD Off-Road package may require a front differential drop or compatible upgraded axles.
  • Vehicles equipped with a factory aluminum skid plate may require additional spacing hardware.
  • TRD Pro, TRD Sport, hybrid, and other factory-lifted or heavier models will receive different net lift heights.
  • Professional installation, alignment, and any required driver-assistance-system recalibration are strongly recommended.
  • This suspension system does not increase the truck’s factory payload or GVWR and is not advertised with a constant-load weight rating.

For Tundra owners who want remote-reservoir shock performance plus stronger, more adjustable rear suspension geometry, Stage 8 is a highly capable Trail Ready package for serious mixed street and off-road use.
