Premium Foam Cell Pro Suspension

Transform your Tundra into a more capable, composed, and load-ready truck with the Ironman 4x4 Foam Cell Pro suspension system. Built for drivers who tow, explore, carry permanent accessories, or spend long days on rough roads, this configurable lift kit combines heavy-duty damping with load-matched coil springs and your choice of suspension stage.

With selectable front lift heights, multiple front and rear spring rates, and black or signature green coils, you can build the system around your truck instead of settling for a one-rate-fits-all package.

Why Foam Cell Pro?

Foam Cell Pro shocks use a high-density foam cell to manage oil expansion and help reduce aeration under heat and repeated cycling. The result is consistent damping without the high internal gas pressure used in many conventional monotube shocks. A large twin-tube body increases oil capacity and supports dependable performance during towing, overland travel, washboard roads, and demanding off-road use.

  • Consistent control: Designed to maintain stable damping through long trips, repeated impacts, and sustained use.
  • Load-specific tuning: Choose spring rates based on the permanent weight carried by your truck.
  • Configurable lift: Front selections provide approximately 2 or 4 inches of lift, with rear selections offering approximately 1 or 2 inches.
  • Improved stance: Adds clearance and creates a more purposeful, balanced appearance.
  • Low-maintenance construction: Engineered as a durable, dependable suspension solution for daily driving and adventure travel.
  • Coil color choice: Available with black or signature green coil springs.

Choose Your Suspension Stage

Stage 1 — Essential Suspension Upgrade

A complete shock-and-spring package for drivers who want improved ride control, added clearance, and load-matched rear support.

  • Front Foam Cell Pro coilovers
  • Rear Foam Cell Pro shocks
  • Load-specific rear coil springs

Stage 2 — Geometry and Alignment Upgrade

Stage 2 includes the complete Stage 1 suspension package, then adds upgraded upper control arms and a front differential-drop spacer kit. This is the preferred setup for trucks that need improved alignment range and more complete front-suspension geometry correction after lifting.

  • Everything included with Stage 1
  • Upgraded upper control arms
  • Front differential-drop spacer kit

Stage 3 — Complete Front and Rear Package

Stage 3 builds on Stage 2 with an adjustable rear panhard bar. This helps re-center the rear axle after lifting and provides a more complete suspension solution for owners who want the most comprehensive package.

  • Everything included with Stage 2
  • Adjustable rear panhard bar

Selecting the Correct Front Springs

Choose your front spring based on the permanent weight added by accessories such as a bumper, winch, skid plates, or other fixed equipment. Do not count passengers or occasionally carried cargo as permanent load.

  • Light Load: Best for trucks near factory front-end weight.
  • Medium Load with Accessories: Intended for trucks carrying moderate permanent front accessories.
  • Heavy Load: Intended for trucks carrying substantial permanent front-end weight.

Selecting the Correct Rear Springs

Rear spring choice should reflect the permanent weight carried in or over the bed, including racks, drawers, campers, spare-tire carriers, tools, and other equipment that stays on the vehicle.

  • 1-inch Light Load: For lightly equipped trucks and owners seeking a modest rear lift.
  • 2-inch Medium Load: For trucks with limited additional permanent rear weight.
  • 2-inch Medium Load with Accessories: For moderately equipped overland or work-truck builds.
  • 2-inch Heavy Load: For trucks carrying significant permanent rear weight.

Important: Selecting a spring that is too heavy for the truck’s actual permanent load can create excessive ride height and a firmer-than-intended ride. Never exceed Toyota’s payload, axle, or gross vehicle weight ratings.

Vehicle Fitment

  • Vehicle: Toyota Tundra
  • Model years: 2022–Current
  • Lift range: Approximately 2–4 inches front and 1–2 inches rear, depending on the selected configuration and vehicle load
  • Not compatible with: Tundra models equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS)

Important CV-Axle Information

For front lift heights of approximately 2.5 inches or more, longer Toyota TRD “Red” CV axles are strongly recommended. Excessive CV-joint angles can accelerate wear and may lead to premature axle failure. Confirm the requirements for your specific lift height and vehicle configuration with a qualified installer before installation.

Installation and Setup

  • Professional installation is recommended.
  • A complete wheel alignment is required after installation.
  • Inspect and re-torque suspension hardware after approximately 500 miles.
  • Allow approximately 500–1,000 miles for the springs to settle to their final ride height.
  • Final lift height varies with vehicle weight, accessories, spring selection, and individual vehicle tolerances.
  • Wheel-and-tire clearance depends on wheel width, diameter, offset, backspacing, alignment, tire dimensions, and installed accessories.

Built for the Way You Use Your Tundra

Whether your truck is a daily driver, tow rig, work platform, or fully equipped overland build, this Foam Cell Pro system lets you select the stage, lift height, spring rate, and coil color that match your goals. Choose your configuration from the options above to build a suspension package tailored to your Tundra.

Warranty: Backed by Ironman 4x4’s 4-year, unlimited-mile warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s current terms, exclusions, and installation requirements.
