The Old Man Emu MT64 Overland Suspension Kit combines complete front coilover assemblies, large-body rear shocks and load-specific rear springs into a coordinated system for the Toyota Tundra 2022–Current.
Whether you drive a lightly equipped daily driver or a dedicated camping build, this package lets you select the front load, rear load and upper control arm configuration that matches your truck.
With approximately 3 inches of front lift and 2 inches of rear lift, MT64 delivers a purposeful stance with suspension engineered for long highway miles, uneven backroads and the adventures beyond them.

MT64 shocks feature a 64 mm piston inside a substantial 2.8-inch aluminum body, providing increased oil capacity and effective heat dissipation during demanding use.
The monotube design separates the oil and nitrogen gas, while vehicle-specific damping helps manage suspension movement across changing surfaces.
No external reservoirs to mount. No compression or rebound knobs to manage. Just a matched suspension system designed to balance everyday comfort with overland capability.

STEP 1 — SELECT YOUR FRONT LOAD
Stock Front Weight
For a factory-weight front end without substantial permanent accessories.
Choose this option when your Tundra retains its factory front bumper and does not carry significant added front-end weight.
A suitable choice for daily-driven trucks and overland builds with most of their equipment concentrated in the bed.
Added Front Weight (220–330 lb)
For approximately 220–330 pounds of permanent added front weight.
Choose this configuration when an aftermarket bumper, winch and other front-mounted accessories collectively add the specified weight.
Select by the combined added weight, not simply whether a bumper or winch is installed. This is a load-matched configuration—not a general-purpose upgrade for a stock-weight truck.
STEP 2 — SELECT YOUR REAR LOAD
Light Load (Stock Rear Weight)
For stock or lightly equipped beds and occasional camping cargo.
Choose this option when your Tundra normally operates without a substantial permanent rear load.
Ideal for:

Daily driving with a mostly empty bed.

Lightweight bed accessories.

Camping equipment loaded only for trips.

Tools and cargo that are regularly removed.
Overland (Constant 440 lb)
For approximately 440 pounds of equipment that stays on the truck.
Choose this configuration for an established overland setup with a combined permanent rear load around the specified weight.
Equipment may include:

Drawer and storage systems.

Rear bumper and recovery equipment.

Permanently mounted tools and accessories.
Choose by actual permanent weight—not accessory names alone. Occasional passengers and temporary cargo should not be treated as constant load. Using heavier-load springs without the intended weight can produce a firmer ride.
STEP 3 — SELECT YOUR UPPER CONTROL ARMS
Without Upper Control Arms
Suspension system only—upper control arms are not supplied.
Choose this option if you already have suitable aftermarket upper control arms, or your installer has confirmed that your existing arms are appropriate for the intended setup.
Selecting this option does not guarantee that factory upper control arms will meet alignment and clearance requirements at every lift setting.
With Upper Control Arms
Includes an Old Man Emu heavy-duty upper control arm kit.
Choose this option when you want upgraded upper control arms included with your suspension package, rather than sourcing them separately.
Your selected front and rear load configurations remain the same. This option adds the control arm kit to the package.

Upper control arms are included only when that option is selected. Product images may show optional components; your selected configuration determines what is supplied.

Nominal Front Lift: Approximately 3 inches
Nominal Rear Lift: Approximately 2 inches
Front Load Choices: Stock weight or 220–330 pounds of added weight
Rear Load Choices: Stock rear weight or constant 440-pound load
Upper Control Arms: Optional
Actual lift height depends on factory equipment, installed accessories, spring-seat position and operating weight.
Professional installation is recommended. A wheel alignment is required after installation. Have your installer confirm control arm suitability, clearances and alignment requirements for the selected ride height.

Load-specific springs support the intended equipment weight; they do not increase the vehicle manufacturer’s rated payload or towing limits.
