ICON Stage 2 Suspension System

Upgrade your 2024+ Toyota Tacoma with the ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System, a complete performance suspension package designed to improve ride quality, handling, suspension control, and off-road capability while maintaining excellent everyday drivability.

The Stage 2 system features ICON 2.5 VS Internal Reservoir front coilovers, ICON 2.0 VS rear shocks, a front differential drop kit, and your choice of Tubular Delta Joint Pro or Billet Delta Joint Pro upper control arms. Multiple rear spring configurations allow you to build the suspension around how your Tacoma is actually used—from a lightly loaded daily driver to an overland truck carrying permanent equipment.

Why Choose ICON Stage 2?

ICON's Stage 2 system is an excellent choice for Tacoma owners looking for a substantial suspension upgrade without moving into more complex external-reservoir systems. The 2.5-inch front coilovers provide increased damping capability and improved suspension control, while the matched rear shocks help keep the truck composed over pavement, washboard roads, trails, and uneven terrain.

The included ICON upper control arms improve suspension geometry and alignment capability for lifted applications while providing increased strength and articulation compared with the factory configuration.

Choose Your Rear Spring Setup

Stock Rear Springs — 0 lb Added Load
Best for Tacomas that remain close to factory rear weight. This configuration retains the factory rear springs while upgrading the shocks and front suspension.

Triple-Rate Rear Springs — Variable Load
Best for trucks that see changing loads. The progressive triple-rate design is better suited to Tacomas that may be unloaded during normal driving but carry camping equipment, recovery gear, or additional cargo when needed.

Overland Rear Springs — 600 lb Constant Load
Designed for heavily equipped overland builds carrying approximately 600 lb of constant additional rear weight, such as permanent bed racks, campers, drawers, bumpers, spare tires, tools, and other equipment.

Important: Constant-load springs should be selected based on weight that remains on the truck regularly—not the maximum amount of cargo you might occasionally carry.

Upper Control Arm Options

Tubular Delta Joint Pro UCA
Heavy-duty tubular construction combined with ICON's Delta Joint Pro for increased articulation and durability. An excellent performance-oriented choice for trail and overland builds.

Billet Delta Joint Pro UCA
Premium CNC-machined billet construction with Delta Joint Pro technology. This is the higher-end option for customers looking for maximum strength, premium construction, and appearance.

Which Configuration Should I Choose?

For a mostly stock Tacoma used as a daily driver with occasional trails, choose Stock Rear Springs.

For a Tacoma that regularly transitions between unloaded driving and carrying camping or recreational equipment, choose Triple-Rate Rear Springs – Variable Load.

For a dedicated overland build carrying roughly 600 lb of permanent additional rear weight, choose the 600 lb Constant Load Overland Springs.

Select the rear spring configuration based on your truck's normal operating weight for the best ride quality, handling, and suspension performance.
